Office-less Employment

Future office will see lesser number of people in permanent role, flexible working hours, and availability of people round the clock. Job will be target oriented rather than confinement for fixed working hours in a work place. People while travelling may still attend work through laptop, mobilenet, PDA or the like. Starting from paperless office we may proceed to office-less employment.
